FIRST Tech Challenge Rover Ruckus

Captained a 14-member team building a robot with double flywheel launching mechanism.

FIRST Tech Challenge Rover Ruckus season (2018-2019) as Captain of a 14-member team. Engineered a robot to pick, sort, and score minerals (balls and blocks) into the cargo hold 2 at a time, featuring a double flywheel launching mechanism with fully custom machined components. Built with Java, OpenCV, TensorFlow, odometry/localization, SolidWorks, 3D printing, mill, lathe, and water jet.
